I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, with spacious and clean rooms that exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made my birthday special with thoughtful gestures. However, the lack of a controlled system for the pool area made it a bit crowded at times. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, especially with the luxurious amenities available.
